Terms of Service

Last updated 8 September 2026

1. About these terms

Avyq ("we", "us") provides the AVYQ online business operating system covering customers, sales, inventory, finance and AI assistance at avyq.me. These terms are a contract between you and Avyq. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you use AVYQ on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your workspace and for keeping your login details secure, and for all activity under your account. The person who creates a workspace is its owner and controls billing and team access.

3. Plans, trials and billing

Starter is free. Growth, Team and Scale include three months free with no credit card required. After the free period the plan renews monthly at the published price until cancelled. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record and issues your invoice. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com; Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics under Paddle's Buyer Terms.

If a renewal payment cannot be taken we keep your workspace fully available for seven days, then move it to the free Starter plan. Your data is never deleted because of a downgrade.

4. Fair use of AI

Plans described as offering unlimited AI actions are subject to fair use: normal business usage by the people in your workspace. Automated bulk querying, resale of AI capacity, or usage that materially exceeds comparable customers may be rate limited after we contact you.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use AVYQ for unlawful activity, fraud or spam, to infringe others' intellectual property, to store data you have no right to hold, to distribute malware, or to probe, scrape or interfere with the service or another customer's workspace. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or security or fraud risk.

6. Our intellectual property

Avyq owns the service and all related intellectual property — the software, design, documentation, and the AVYQ name and logo. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan while your account is active. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the service, or use our branding without permission. Your business data remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The service is provided without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data, and to the extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page. Access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the workspace moves to Starter. Refunds are handled by Paddle under its refund policy; you can request a refund at paddle.net.
