Who we are

Avyq ("we", "us") operates the AVYQ online business operating system at avyq.me. Avyq is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy: we decide why and how that data is processed when you use the service. You can reach us at support@avyq.me.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, country), your company profile (business name, address, tax number, logo), the business records you create in AVYQ — customers, quotations, invoices, stock, expenses and related documents — plus usage data such as pages visited, AI actions used and device/IP information needed to keep the service secure.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We process personal data on the following bases:

• Performing our contract with you — creating and running your account and workspace, showing your data back to you, generating documents, reports and AI answers, and sending service notifications such as trial and billing updates.
• Our legitimate interests — keeping the service secure, preventing fraud and abuse, and improving the product using aggregated, non-identifying usage data.
• Legal obligations — retaining records required for tax and accounting rules.
• Consent — where we rely on it (for example optional marketing emails), you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

Our hosting, infrastructure and AI providers process data on our behalf under contract, and Paddle.com processes payments as the merchant of record for all our orders — Paddle handles payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics under its own buyer terms. We may also share data with professional advisers or authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data.

AI processing

When you ask the AI operator to do something, the relevant records are sent to our AI provider to produce the answer. They are not used to train public models.

Security

We protect your data with technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit, access controls that isolate each company's workspace, authenticated access, and limited staff access on a need-to-know basis.

Retention

We keep your workspace data while your account exists. Ask us to delete your workspace and we remove it within 30 days, apart from records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing support@avyq.me. We respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We use only the essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
